Samsung SDI to produce battery packs for Volvo's electric trucksVolvo has just announced that it has entered into a strategic agreement with Samsung SDI for the joint development of battery packs specifically for Volvo's electric trucks . Samsung SDI will supply the battery cells and modules for the packs and Volvo will utilize Samsung SDI's battery pack technology for assembly.

With electromobility the increasing needs for transport will be done in a cleaner and quieter way which opens up new possibilities for our customers and society as a whole.
