Toyota bZ Compact SUV Concept debuts in Europe

In addition, the almost 4.54-meter-long study features sustainable materials, advanced technologies and dynamic performance. In the interior, high-quality surfaces underpin the unique overall impression. The designers have integrated various sustainable elements such as seats made of plant-based and recycled materials to meet the brand's "Beyond Zero" claim. In addition to two large screens, some in curved design, there is a personal assistant on board that reacts to both the driver and the other passengers – even in the rear. Audio and visual light sequences build a bridge between occupants and vehicle.
The all-electric concept car, together with the new Toyota C-HR Prologue, which anticipates the second generation of the crossover coupe, underpins the company's multi-technology approach: to meet the different needs and desires in the different markets and to reduce the CO2emissions, Toyota relies on various drive systems and concepts. In addition to increasing electrification of the model range, which includes hybrid, plug-in hybrid, electric and fuel cell vehicles, Toyota is also working on alternative fuels.
With "Beyond Zero", Toyota is paving the way to climate neutrality by 2050. By 2026, six all-electric bZ models will be launched in Europe. In addition to adapting the model range, the company is taking various measures in production and supply chain to improve environmental compatibility.
