2026 BMW iX3 will make its world premiere at the IAA Mobility 2025 in Munich

At the IAA Mobility 2025 in Munich to be held next month, BMW Group will present one of the most significant new models in the history of its home city. The 2026 BMW iX3, the first model of the Neue Klasse, will celebrate its public premiere accompanied by revolutionary new and groundbreaking technologies for the future of the entire BMW Group. The BMW iX3 will reveal to the public for the first time the enormous technological leap forward in many areas: electromobility, display and operating concept, digitalization, connectivity, design, sustainability, and technological openness. All future BMW models will benefit from the innovations of the neue Klasse – regardless of their drive system.

BMW Group's Open Space is located on Max-Joseph-Platz in front of the Munich Opera House. This spacious 3000 m² area can be visited free of charge on the official opening day, Tuesday, September 9, from 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., Wednesday to Saturday from 11:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m., and Sunday, September 14, from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. BMW Welt and the BMW Museum are participating in the most important automotive and mobility event of the year with their own exhibitions and concepts. The IAA Mobility Summit will open on the exhibition grounds on Monday, September 8, at 8:00 a.m. It is primarily aimed at trade visitors and will be open from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. until Friday, September 12.
