Honda e prices and specifications, features, trim levelsThis morning, Honda has officially listed all the official specifications, features and trim levels for the Honda e. The prices have been known ever since the model's announcement in September 2019. The model is available in three trim levels: Prices for Honda e start from €29,470 in Germany (including local government subsidy) for the 100kW version (£26,160 in the UK), rising to €32,470 for the Advance trim.

The main differences between the base and Advance trim levels are in the speaker system and the side mirror system. The Advance trim levels have 8 speakers with 376W power, while the base one has 6 speakers with 180W power output. In addition, the Advance trim levels have a Centre Camera Mirror System and a Multi-View Camera System. The 17" Advance trim level has 17-inch wheels with 205/45ZR17 front and 225/45ZR17 rear tyres. Because of this, its front and rear tracks are 10 mm shorter. This version also offers a 210 km range (WLTP). The 16" Advance and base trim levels have 16-inch wheels with 185/60R16 front and 205/55R16 rear tyres. These versions offer 222 km range (WLTP).

The Honda e is available in Crystal Black Pearl, Modern Steel Metallic, Charge Yellow, Crystal Blue Metallic, and Platinum White Pearl colors. The hatchback has 4 doors and 4 seats as well as a panoramic glass roof. A 35.5 kWh battery with an active thermal management system powers the vehicle, which provides 315 Nm of torque and 100 kW of power for the base trim and 113 kW for the Advance trims. The 16" versions have a 0-100 km/h acceleration of 9 seconds, while the 17-inch trim level has an acceleration of 8.3 seconds. The vehicle has a 6.6 kW Type-2 CCS2 onboard charger and supports up to 100 kW DC fast charging. The latter charges the battery in 30 minutes.

The Honda e has a Single Pedal Control System to improve driving efficiency in urban environments. It enables the driver to seamlessly accelerate, slow and stop the car using only the accelerator pedal. Honda Parking Pilot is available on the Advance trim levels. It uses four cameras and 12 sonar sensors in assisting the driver to locate an appropriate space and then manoeuvring the car efficiently into it. Other features include Honda Personal Assistant for AI-powered connectivity with voice control, Wi-Fi Hotspot, Honda+ app, Digital Key, Expanded 'Honda SENSING' active safety technology.
