MG Motor India unveils a mini EV - the MG E200, a re-badged Baojun E200

MG Motor India has presented the MG E200 at the Auto Expo 2020. This is actually a re-badged Baojun E200 - a mini EV with two seats. It arrives with a 29 kW motor, 110 Nm of torque and a 24 kWh battery. Its NEDC range is 210 km and the top speed is limited to 100 km/h. The vehicle employs a number of safety features including Electronic Stability Control (ESC), Anti-lock Braking System (ABS) and Electric Brakeforce Distribution (EBD). The Chinese version of the vehicle launched in the Middle Kingdom last year.

MG Motor UK has announced that it will provide up to 100 electric MG ZS EVs to NHS agencies throughout the UK as they fight the COVID-19 in the country.
