Škoda says that it will launch three new all-electric models by 2026

Add as a preferred source on Google As part of its Next Level - Škoda Strategy 2030, the brand recently presented a completely new appearance: the focus is on a new design language, a new logo, and a comprehensive update of the corporate identity. It has also announced the acceleration of its e-offensive: three all-electric models will be launched on the market by 2026. One of those is the Vision 7S - a concept study that already provides a first specific outlook as it debuted in August this year. The vehicle can accommodate up to seven people, with one of the seats specially designed for babies. Thanks to its 89 kWh battery, the Vision 7S offers a range of more than 600 kilometers and can handle fast charging with 200 kW. These parameters illustrate the technical possibilities offered by the Modular Electrification Toolkit.

As for the exterior design, the Vision 7S is the first Škoda with a matte paint finish. In addition to the solid substructure and the aerodynamic roofline, the so-called tech deck face at the front of the vehicle is also very striking: it interprets the well-known Škoda grille in a modern way and, despite similar lines, looks much flatter and wider than before. The ribs are replaced by dark glass, which hides the vehicle sensors. The brand logo is also undergoing a change – and will be replaced by the redesigned Škoda lettering. In addition, a new ambient light bar runs along the upper edge of the front section and displays illuminated graphics across the entire width of the vehicle.

At first glance, the elongated passenger compartment already indicates the generous space available to users: Vision 7S is a convincing further development of the Škoda interior concept, with a spacious, safety-oriented interior for up to seven people and a completely redesigned, natural Human Machine Interface (HMI). Highlights include two different interior configurations (driving and relaxing) as well as the ideal balance of haptic and digital controls. Safety and security are conveyed by the innovative child seat, which is installed on the centre console in the opposite direction of travel in front of the second row of seats. All this is surrounded by durable, sustainable materials and many "Simply Clever" ideas.
